I don't often bother leaving reviews but felt must do so. I spotted a car on auto trader on a Saturday night around 7pm and used chat option not expecting any reply but did and was messaging/ emailing until around 10.30pm that night and arranged viewing and test drive for the Sunday afternoon as a 3hrs drive away from them. Welcomed by Sheh on arrival who i had been messaging the previous night who showed us around car,answered all just we had and went for a good test drive. Arrived back and done the deal and drove back that afternoon. Six trouble free months on so far and absolutely loving the car. I'm a hard person to please but Sheh went above and beyond and made whole buying experience and pleasant one.
Wouldn't hesitate buying from them again in the future.

Recently purchased an AMG from this dealership, and Mervin in particular provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. They have an amazing selection of cars to choose from, and the sales team were friendly, professional, and genuinely great to deal with "” making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish.

I have recently purchased a Cupra Formentor VZ2 from yourselves after seeing the add on Auto trader. I was very hesitant to buy a used vehicle that was over 3 hours drive which wasn't from a Cupra dealer but this was made easy for me at Torque Point.

Conversations and information was easily exchanged including any issues which was resolved.

On arrival of collection the car was very clean and the salesman I was going through was very welcoming.

Certainly in the future if I was to get a good offer for the vehicle to be part exchanged I would certainly be interested in another vehicle from this dealership.

I live in NI and was unable to get over to see the Audi Q3 i was interesred in. Ali was fabulous and sent me everything I asked for including videos. Not pushy at all. All payments sent through were smooth with receipts emailed straight away. I was obviously apprehensive with not physically seeing the car. A transport company collected the car for me with Ali keeping in touch at all times to ascertain if I was happy with the car. I would recommend this company to anyone . Fabulous car, well worth it.

I have brought a car from this place back in 2018. I still have it to this date my Sirocco R line 13 plate. In 7 years of having my car I have had NO issues! Passed every MOT without a fail since then! I just believe it's only right I leave a review as my experience was outstanding and time proven. Currently my car is on 130k miles. If I would need another car I would definitely consider checking this place first.

I had a really great experience buying my Audi TT from Torque Point. Sheh was knowledgeable and clearly had a genuine passion for cars. He wasn't pushy at all.

The price was fair and I feel like I got a lot of value for my money. The buying process was super easy, with no delays or issues. My Audi TT was in excellent condition, with only a couple of minor things, some wheel refurbishment needed and a chip in the windscreen which they knocked some money off for.

I'd recommend Torque Point without hesitation, and I absolutely LOVE my car! Definitely made the right choice using them! Thank you Sheh!

Purchased a used 2018 Vauxhall Insignia form Touque Point just over 1 month ago, and overall I've had a great experience there.
I was in the a area looking at another used car and decided to pop into Torque Point as got a notification about this car from Car Gurus on my phone.
I was greeted by sales rep. Sheh and although I had no appointment for a viewing, he showed me car, took me on a test drive and rest was history.
They did a part exchange right there on my very very old car. The Insignia needed new tyres and detailing as it wasn't prepped for viewing. I went to a nearby cafe, sorted new car tax and insurance had a meal while the boys there sorted out new tyres and detailed the car.
Appreciated Sheh alot as he took the time to run through car specs and in car features, I was unfamiliar with.
I can't fault them at any point in time during my time there. Very happy with my purchase and will recommend anyone checking them out amd there cars.

This review is for the entire team at Torque Point. Yesterday I picked up my VW Golf from Torque point and the process couldn't be more easier. I left a deposit for the car at the beginning of the week and it was secured all week for me. They let me test drive the car and give all the history about the vehicle. VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.
